(Hires must start and finish on available days. Minimum of 2 days per booking)

Long Trip Discount
Trips of 7 days or more receive a 5% Discount
Trips of 14 days or more receive a 8% Discount

Collections & Returns
You can begin and end your reservation on any day of the week, subject to availability. Our standard collection time is 3pm and return time is 11am, although we may be able to make exceptions subject to availability. Just leave a note on the booking form and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your schedule.

Booking Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the hire amount is required upon booking confirmation (unless within 28 days of the hire)

The entire payment is due 28 days before the start of the hire.

Security Deposit
A £1,600 damage deposit is required for all bookings. This covers the insurance excess as well as any fines incurred throughout the rental period. The deposit must be paid prior to hiring and will be repaid no later than three days after the campervan is returned, less any damages or fines.
(There may be additional loadings to the excess for drivers with previous claims or convictions, and drivers with non-UK licences)

We recommend you purchase an excess waiver policy to cover lower your excess in the event of an accident. Available HERE
